About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiographer to join our team at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital. As a Radiographer, you will play a vital role in delivering our high-quality diagnostic imaging service, working with leading practitioners and experiencing new practices, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, ensuring a high level of technical knowledge and accuracy.
  • Work with a varied caseload in the department, on the ward, and in theatre, developing your skills and expertise.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective working environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care, working with empathy and understanding.
Requirements
  • Hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent, meeting the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Have excellent communication and team working abilities, with a caring nature and a great eye for detail.
  • Be able to work quickly and accurately, with a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to adapt to new situations.
