About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Radiographer to join our team at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital. As a Radiographer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.

  • Contribute to the development of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Requirements

  • High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately, with a great eye for detail.

  • A caring nature, with the ability to see each patient as an individual and provide compassionate care.

  • A BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

  • Excellent communication and team working abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
