We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Care Outlook Ltd in East Sussex. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, building relationships, and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. You will work independently, using your initiative and judgment to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording client information
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,700 per annum, paid on a 40-hour week. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • The ability to work every other weekend
Training and Support
