**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our customers in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide personal care and support to customers, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
* Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and their families
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements**

* Full and valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
* Excellent level of English
