Our Live-in Care Assistants play a vital role in this process, providing companionship, personal care, and household support to enable our customers to maintain their independence.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a range of services, including:

  • Personal care duties, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administering medication and managing medical needs
  • Manual handling and using equipment as required
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live life to the fullest
  • Household chores, meal preparation, and shopping
  • Social outings and companionship

What We Offer

We're committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our Live-in Care Assistants. Some of the benefits you can expect include:

  • Competitive rates of pay, ranging from £600 to £800 per week
  • Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays
  • Use of your own vehicle for customer use, with a mileage allowance of 30p per mile
  • Up to 28 days paid annual leave
  • Three meals a day or an allowance from the customer, as well as a separate room to stay and access to a TV and Wi-Fi
  • Regular contact with your supervisor and access to our career pathway, enabling you to gain qualifications and grow your knowledge and confidence
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Regular, scheduled daily and weekly breaks, which you can spend as you wish in or outside of the customer's home
