About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Topgolf team as an Assistant Facilities Manager, where you will play a key role in the operation of the Maintenance Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintenance of facilities.
  • Monitor the operation and proper use of all equipment and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Oversee department budgets and spending, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Manage the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste.
  • Coach and develop the Facilities team, promoting associate engagement and driving a culture of excellence.
  • Embed Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring, into all aspects of the role.
  • Ensure that Facilities Associates and Porters are adequately trained, equipped, and engaged, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Delegate and follow-up on the completion of tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year of recent supervisor experience.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity, with a strong commitment to Topgolf's values and culture.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
