About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our Front Office team at Fraser Suites Queens Gate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the first impression of our guests at check-in
  • Play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the smooth-running of the Front Office Department
  • Deal with guest queries and requests professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Leadership and team management skills
