About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Fraser Suites Queens Gate. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming check-in experiences for guests
  • Assist with guest queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ensure the smooth-running of the Front Office Department at all times
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and colleagues

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service
