About the Role

This SEN Teaching Assistant role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can develop and implement engaging learning materials, adjust teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student, and create a supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement. Your strong skills in behaviour management and clear communication will enable you to effectively support students with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.

We seek an individual who holds a First-Class Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field from a prestigious UK university, preferably with experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs.
