We are seeking a highly motivated and organized General Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service provision.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of food and snacks, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Support the service of food provisions, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery to our clients.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Deliver a prompt and efficient service, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Be customer-focused at all times, being visible during service periods, approachable, and quick to respond to customer needs.
- Project a willing and helpful attitude, seeking knowledge of food items and maintaining clean and fully stocked service counters.
- Treat colleagues with respect and professionalism, as you would expect to be treated.
- Cooperate with team members, undertaking duties as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service.
- Attend required training courses, including food safety, health and safety, and environmental training.
- Rigorously follow unit cleaning schedules, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Attend location meetings as required, demonstrating commitment to company values.
- Show a positive attitude, acting as a representative of the business and adhering to company policies.
- Respond to reasonable requests from clients or management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to safer recruitment and safeguarding policies, protecting children and young adults at all times.
