Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the logistics and supply chain operations for the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and procurement, with experience in managing inventory, customs documentation, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management
  • Verify and analyze stock losses and gains in SAP.
  • Dispatch outbound bulk shipment stocks.
  • Manage VL06 stuck delivery reports/pump offs/bulk & pack deliveries.
  • Manage bulk/pack returns process.
  • Mass balance bulk weighbridge ticket analysis.
  • Manage and control stocks - damages/discrepancies/miss-picks.
  1. Logistics Management
  • Manage and control outbound delivery routing plans in conjunction with logistics partner.
  • Responsible for management of bulk outbound vehicle utilization in conjunction with logistics partner & Customer Services.
  • Carry out spot safety logistics vehicle inspections.
  • PATROM compliance and reporting.
  • Collate information for monthly KPI reporting including haulier performance. Analysis of costs and SLAs.
  • Responsible for ANR process.
  • Inbound haulier performance monitoring using booking in sheet.
  • Delivery performance analysis - for all suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers including pump off sites.
  1. Financial Control
  • Process SAP receipts for all logistics service purchase orders and maintain logistic costs log.
  • Control, report, and reduce demurrage. Identify trends, analyze, and eliminate.
  • Utilization analysis and cost efficiency of bulk and pack logistic flows.
  • Prepare annual data for framework orders.
  • Analysis GRIR reporting.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge and experience of logistics and procurement processes.
  • Experienced in preparing customs documentation for import and export.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible, and highly organized.
  • High level of attention to detail, accurate analytical skills.
  • Strong degree of PC literacy, especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of business.
  • Predominantly Monday to Friday, however, must be willing to work extra hours where necessary.
  • SAP logistics modules.
