The Role
We're seeking a Garment Technologist to join our Technical & Compliance team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This includes collaborating with the Design & Product Development teams to develop new products, managing select categories during development stages, and approving PP samples to ensure they meet brand and product standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Design & Product Development teams to develop new products across Finisterre's range
• Manage select categories during development stages from proto 2 through to production
• Approve PP samples to ensure they meet brand and product standards
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve any issues
• Proactively track timelines to ensure delivery dates are met
Requirements
We're looking for someone with significant experience in a similar Garment Tech focused role, specialist knowledge of certain product categories, and excellent communication skills. You'll also need to be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. If you're passionate about the ocean and committed to sustainability, we'd love to hear from you.
What We Offer
We're offering a competitive salary, circa £30,000 - £35,000, depending on your skills and experience. You'll also get the chance to collaborate with a diverse community of people with a shared mission, and enjoy a range of benefits, including a discretionary bonus scheme, pension scheme, and 25 days holiday per year.
