Job Title: Band 6 Recovery Deputy Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to take on the role of Band 6 Deputy Team Leader for Recovery/PACU at Glenfield Theatres.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading the team, and contributing to the improvement of services and quality of care provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based care to patients.
  • Co-ordination and supervision of staff involved in all aspects of clinical duties.
  • Participate in the effective clinical leadership and management of the team.
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of services and quality of care provision to meet the needs of patients, service users, and their families.
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • RGN/ODP - First Level
  • Recognised NMC Teaching and Assessing Qualification or equivalent
