Strategic Palliative Care Leader for Lindsey Lodge Hospice

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a visionary Chief Executive to lead Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare in delivering exceptional quality care to the community of North Lincolnshire and East Riding.
Company OverviewLindsey Lodge Hospice has been at the forefront of specialist palliative care for over 30 years, providing comprehensive support to individuals and families living with life-limiting illnesses. As a compassionate leader, you will be responsible for driving this work forward, ensuring that our services remain patient-focused and responsive to evolving needs.
The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of strategic leadership, coupled with experience in managing, developing, and influencing others to deliver results. A proven ability to establish a culture of teamwork, inspire and motivate staff, and drive performance will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the development and implementation of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
- To manage and develop a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- To engage with stakeholders, including patients, families, carers, and healthcare partners, to ensure that our services meet their needs and expectations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of senior management experience within a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in strategic leadership, team management, and performance improvement.
- Experience in developing and implementing services in response to changing demands or financial constraints.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
