Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with palliative needs. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, promoting dignity and respect for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
• NVQ level 3 health and social care qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in palliative care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
