Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Relief Security Officer to join our team based at several client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors and staff, issuing passes, monitoring CCTV, and controlling access to the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises through the gatehouse.
- Conduct thorough security checks on individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the site.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises during assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Ensure all visitors are signed in as per site security requirements.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
- Monitor CCTV.
- Manage access and egress to the site.
- Maintain logs of messages and visitor arrivals.
- Adhere to the company's dress code and wear correct uniform.
- Fulfill health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the company's health and safety policy and management plans.
- Comply with the company's policies, management plans, and procedures.

- SIA LICENSE is a requirement.
- Driving License is desirable.
