Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Relief Security Officer to join our passionate and driven team based at several of our client's sites in Devizes. You will be responsible for greeting visitors and staff, issuing visitor and staff passes, monitoring CCTV, gatehouse security duties, and controlling access and egress to the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises through the gatehouse.
- Conduct thorough security checks on individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the site.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Ensure all visitors are signed in as per site security requirements.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
- Promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with the policies and directives.
- Monitor CCTV footage.
- Manage access and egress to the site.
- Maintain logs of messages and arrival of visitors.
- Adhere to the company's dress code and wear the correct uniform.
- Fulfill health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company's health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
- Comply with the company's policies, management plans, and procedures.

- You need to be well-presented, punctual, and focused on attention to detail.
- A Criminal Record Check, employment history, and Right to Work check are required.
- SIA LICENSE is a requirement.
- Driving License is desirable.
