About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crèche Assistant to join our team. As a Crèche Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare services to our members, ensuring their children are safe, happy, and engaged in a fun and educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional childcare services to our members, including planning and delivering engaging activities and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our childcare programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant early years childcare qualifications at level 3.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our members and their families.
