We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Children's Lighthouse of Green Level (New Center). As a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Curiosity Approach to promote children's confidence, curiosity, and love of learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the unique needs of each child.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective communication flow.
  • Contribute to the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging and challenging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making recommendations for future learning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification.
  • A desire to work with an organisation that respects individuality and creativity.
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of EYFS.
  • Experience and passion for Early Years.
