Job Title: Artist I

At Pat McGrath Cosmetics, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Artist I to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and showcasing your expertise in makeup artistry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized makeup consultations and applications to clients, ensuring a high-end retail experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends, products, and techniques, sharing your knowledge with clients and colleagues.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in events, masterclasses, and in-store workshops to promote products and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Excellent makeup artistry techniques and a strong knowledge of makeup products, techniques, and ingredients.
  • Previous experience as a makeup artist, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, with a strong attendance record.
