About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Artist to join our team at Pat McGrath Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and showcasing your expertise in makeup artistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality makeup applications, consultations, and demonstrations to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and staying proactive in attracting new clients
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining store displays, and ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other
- Represent the Pat McGrath Cosmetics brand, adhering to the company's DNA and guidelines
- Participate in events, masterclasses, and in-store workshops to promote products and build brand awareness
Requirements:
- Excellent level of makeup artistry techniques, preferably in a high-end luxury brand
- Previous experience as a makeup artist, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of makeup products, techniques, and ingredients
- Proven sales ability and experience working toward targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent track record of attendance and timekeeping, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- A genuine passion for makeup and the beauty industry
- A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude with a customer-focused approach to work
