Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sense, a leading charity that supports people with complex disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with sensory impairments, learning disabilities, and associated physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with complex needs in a variety of settings, including the home, centre, and community.
- Provide a responsive and high-quality service that meets or exceeds organisational expectations and standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver services that promote the health, wellbeing, and independence of individuals.
- No prior experience in this field is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
- A full manual UK license and willingness to drive is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of British Sign Language or similar is beneficial, but not required.
