We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at CTS Recruitment Ltd. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our busy hotel kitchens.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • General cleaning of all crockery, cutlery, and glassware from food service areas and kitchens
  • General cleaning of all equipment used in the kitchen
  • General cleaning of all kitchen surfaces
  • Removal of refuse and cleaning of refuse areas
  • Performing other tasks as required to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • Aware of health and safety and hygiene laws
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure
