Brand and Activations Manager

Focus Brands is a market leader in design, sourcing, distribution, and brand management of high-profile lifestyle and sports brands. We expertly navigate ever-changing global trends to develop and deliver commercial product ranges that meet our target consumers' needs and desires.

This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies to build brand awareness, credibility, and engagement across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will create, build, and execute strategic account marketing and activation plans for our wholesale partners, distributors, and DTC channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine go-to-market (GTM) activations sell-in tools for wholesale, export partners, and distributors.
  • Prepare and present the brands' marketing plans at quarterly internal sales launches to galvanise and support the sales teams, distributors, and DTC teams.
  • Present these plans collaboratively with the sales teams at quarterly sell-ins to wholesale partners to influence the order book.
  • Attend trade launches to support the brand and sales teams to influence the order book.
  • Develop a roadmap that enables the delivery of a successful marketing campaign during key seasonal moments within the brand calendar.
  • Collaborate with key agencies to deliver the brand with excellence and measure the effectiveness accordingly.
  • Plan and prepare marketing campaigns with wholesale partners aligned to the strategic account marketing plans and execute these with excellence and measure the effectiveness accordingly.
  • Develop and execute consumer activation activities and events against targeted product ranges across key channels of distribution.
  • Work cross-functionally with the wider marketing teams to ensure they develop compelling tools, secure relevant influencers, and generate coverage for events.
  • Liaise with customer services and the sales teams to ensure the product has been delivered on time in full ahead of the campaign go-live date.
Requirements:
  • Experience in brand or retail management and marketing, preferably in the sports fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
