Brand and Activations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Activations Manager to join our team at Focus Brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to elevate our brands presence in the market and drive its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic marketing plans for our brands, aligning with seasonal marketing calendars and incorporating product, retail, and brand activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and refine go-to-market (GTM) activations sell-in tools for wholesale, export partners, and distributors.
  • Present marketing plans to internal sales launches and quarterly sell-ins to wholesale partners, influencing the order book.
  • Manage budgets and costs within agreed measures, working closely with finance to ensure effective budget management.
  • Develop and execute consumer activation activities and events against targeted product ranges across key channels of distribution.
  • Work cross-functionally with the wider marketing teams to ensure compelling tools, secure relevant influencers, and generate coverage for events.

Requirements:

  • Experience in brand or retail management and marketing, preferably in the sports fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
