Job Summary:

The Career Agent is seeking a highly organized and communicative Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering supplies on time and to project plans, while ensuring that materials comply with company policies and customers' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Maintain a network of professional contacts for new opportunities and good deals
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Assembly teams to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve supply chain performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Manage and maintain procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing for a complex product or industry
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPP, CPM) is a plus
