Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable churches in the Diocese to grow into healthy, outward-looking communities engaging in God's mission.
  • Measure impacts and work with parishes to agree measures for growth.
  • Deliver and further develop context-specific resources to Revitalise benefices.
  • Work in partnership with other Diocesan staff, including Lifelong Learning and the Lay and Start of Ordained Ministries Advisers.
About the Role:

This is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity for a Revitalise Enabler to join our team. The appointment will be for three years, with the primary focus on four key areas: enabling church growth, measuring impacts, delivering resources, and working in partnership with other Diocesan staff.
