The Diocese of York is seeking a dedicated Revitalise Enabler to join our team in a mission to renew and revitalize churches across the region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling churches to grow into healthy, outward-looking communities that engage in God's mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Enable churches to grow into healthy, outward-looking communities engaging in God's mission.
- Measure impacts and work with parishes to agree measures for growth.
- Deliver and further develop context-specific resources to Revitalise benefices.
- Work in partnership with other Diocesan staff, including Lifelong Learning and the Lay and Start of Ordained Ministries Advisers.
The Diocese of York is a family of 579 churches and 125 schools across 442 parishes. We are led and guided in our faith and work by the Archbishop of York, Stephen Cottrell. Our vision is to become more like Christ, reach those we currently don't, grow churches of missionary disciples, and transform our finances and structures.
