Madisons Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworks and Civils Project Manager to oversee daily site activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects to customer specifications, quality, and exceeding expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage the safe delivery of Groundwork and Civils Projects.
  2. Ensure the implementation of safe working practices and safety procedures across the site/project/contract.
  3. Monitor attendance and timekeeping, as well as maintain records such as diaries.
  4. Manage material orders and call-offs to ensure timely delivery of materials required to meet programme requirements.
  5. Ensure all relevant design and specification documentation is current and communicated to the onsite team.
  6. Identify and manage additional work requirements.
  7. Understand commercial implications within the construction process and incorporate these into decision-making.
  8. Perform other duties as required to support the company's goals.

**Essential Criteria:**

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Civil Engineering sector.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. SMSTS Certificate.
  4. CSCS.
  5. First Aid certification.

**Desirable Skills and Abilities:**

  1. Strong motivational and team leadership skills.
  2. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  4. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with contractors, site staff, third-party suppliers, and client teams.
