Madisons Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality issues or defects in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Contractors to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Quality Reports: Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key issues and areas for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Building Surveying, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the construction industry, preferably in home building.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards, excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in quality management software and tools, such as Fieldview.
