Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Careers. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our aircraft maintenance services in accordance with the UK CAA, EASA, and National Regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
  • Provide training and support to maintenance personnel on quality-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Part 66, CAMO, and Part 145 audits.
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance quality assurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
