Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team at JD Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure store teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage store budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar format of retail.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage store budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Passion for customer service and a proven record of delivering excellence in this area.
