Cornerstone is seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Glasgow. As a Support Practitioner, you will work with a small, dedicated team to provide a twenty-four-hour housing support service to individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

The ideal candidate will be a naturally empathetic person with excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families. You will work in a person-centred way to provide support in all aspects of daily living, including personal care, cooking, and helping individuals to take care of their homes.

The role involves working a rolling rota, including longer and shorter day shifts and sleepovers, as well as weekends and public holidays. You will be expected to work in a flexible and adaptable manner to meet the needs of the individuals we support.
