About the Role

We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our Glasgow Flexible Outreach Service team. As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, including housing and homelessness, learning disability, autism, acquired brain injury, fluctuating mental health, physical disabilities, problematic alcohol and/or other drug use, and involvement in the criminal justice system.
  • Work with individuals to address issues they are experiencing and recognize their own skills and interests.
  • Embed our approach to support in a framework of Citizenship, delivering a holistic approach promoting recovery, self-determination, and inclusion of people experiencing challenges in their life.
