Vehicle Estimator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Damage Expert to join our team at TXM Recruit. This is a permanent role based in Milton Keynes, working with a market leader in equipment and services for the transportation industry.
In this position, you will be responsible for assessing a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex to calculate costings and time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally. You will liaise with insurance engineers, manufacturers, dealerships, and customers, ensuring that vehicles are repaired to our agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing vehicle damage and estimating costs for small to large-scale repairs.
- Using Audatex to calculate costings and time required for repairs.
- Liaising with insurance engineers, manufacturers, dealerships, and customers.
Requirements:
- Experience as a VDA Estimator with knowledge of estimating costs for various vehicle types.
- Familiarity with Audatex and other repair estimation tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
