Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Junior Personal Shopper to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships at Threads Styling Ltd. in London.

This role requires you to be in the office two days a week and up to two days in town for sourcing and content opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Meet an annual sales target of £600k by leveraging strategic planning, pipeline management, and excellent communication skills.
  • Build & Retain Client Relationships: Develop a loyal client base, enhancing customer loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases.
  • Engage Clients Through Appointments & Sourcing: Conduct client appointments, respond to item requests, and proactively source products to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Team & Stakeholders: Uphold operational excellence, train junior team members, and coordinate with key operational staff to ensure smooth client journeys.
  • Develop Content & Expand Reach via Social Media: Create engaging content for clients, drive customer acquisition through social channels, and stay up-to-date with trending products.

You'll need:

  • Proven experience in a junior sales role within the luxury fashion industry or at Threads Styling Ltd.
  • Social media savvy and confident with learning new platforms.
  • Extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to be hands-on, with a commercially astute approach to problem-solving.
  • A cultural fit for a late-stage start-up, with a resilient and quick-learning attitude.
  • Experience engaging with High Net Worth, luxury customers, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
