We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Urgent Care. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice and be able to demonstrate capability for the four pillars of advanced practice, including independent and supplementary prescribing.

The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the care of patients in the Urgent Treatment centre, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team and clinical services to ensure effective management of patients.

The ideal candidate will have highly developed communication and examination skills, with the ability to maintain high quality service provision in a complex and challenging environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating patient care throughout the care pathway
  • Developing treatment plans for patients requiring urgent intervention and treatment
  • Supporting the clinical and nursing teams in the assessment and prioritisation of patients
  • Leading and supervising a team of trainee Advanced Practitioners

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive Advanced Practitioner to develop their skills and experience in Urgent Care.
