Job Opportunity

MHouse, a dynamic software house, is seeking a skilled leader to join our team as we embark on an exciting phase of growth. As a Product and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of our SaaS EPOS and food ordering apps, while also strategizing and implementing sales and marketing efforts to drive online and field sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development & Management:
    • Lead the development team in planning, execution, and release of product updates, ensuring the product meets market needs and user expectations.
    • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
    • Work closely with the technical team to manage the development lifecycle, from ideation to release.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive product adoption both online and through sales representatives.
    • Identify and segment target audiences, optimizing digital marketing efforts for customer acquisition and retention.
    • Support and train the sales team to effectively promote and sell our products in their respective territories.
    • Utilize ongoing sales training programs to nurture talent at all levels and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    • Act as a bridge between the development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive planning and communication.
    • Mentor and lead the teams, promoting a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas for growth.
    • Analyze competitor offerings and adjust product and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Training & Onboarding:

    • Engage in continuous professional development through our comprehensive sales training program.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management and sales/marketing, ideally within the SaaS or retail software sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the EPOS and food ordering industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving product growth.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation

Based on experience and market standards, the salary range for this position is:

  • £35 - £40k per annum plus performance-based bonuses
