Reeson Education is recruiting a Qualified Teacher for a KS1 Curriculum in a SEN Setting at our esteemed SEN school in Bromley, London.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated educator with experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored educational programs based on a KS1 curriculum.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and educational psychologists.
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Regularly monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching methods as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure student success at home and in school.
  • Supervise and guide a support team within the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASD and SLD.
  • Experience working in a primary education setting is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of £44,000 - £64,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
