Job Overview
Bid Coordinator needed for a large Fire & Security firm in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing bids and working under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review portals to identify all bidding opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to gather information.
  • Research clients to understand their requirements.
  • Produce written tender submissions and pricing proposals.
  • Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

About the Company
A leading Fire & Security firm employs over 150 staff and serves a range of customers, including Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites. Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, the company offers on-site free parking and a Health and Wellbeing Programme.

Salary Information:
The successful Bid Coordinator can expect a salary of £30,000 per annum, paid on a full-time basis. Benefits include an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
