Responsibilities

The Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to support children with behaviour challenges
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to design and deliver lesson plans that meet individual needs
  • Providing emotional support and creating a safe learning environment for all students
  • Participating in school events and activities to promote social skills and emotional well-being

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months child-related professional experience and a passion for supporting children with behavioural issues.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including holiday pay and opportunities for professional development.
