Your Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, adapting materials and activities to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a holistic support system that promotes each child's development.
- Help manage classroom behavior, using positive reinforcement and restorative practices to create a calm and productive learning environment.
- Support pupils with personal care and mobility, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued at all times.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, paid to scale or above.

Requirements
