This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join our team. As a Corporate Associate, you will manage your own caseload and client relationships with support as needed.

You will work closely with senior lawyers within the team on high-value matters, take the lead on smaller deals, and have scope to work on a wide-ranging client base including PLCs, private companies both within the UK and internationally.

We believe in building lasting long-term relationships, and you will be given the time to develop these connections as well as opportunities to contribute towards business development.

We are actively welcoming applications from candidates with 3-8 years of post-qualified experience across a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity investments, buyouts, reorganisations, and corporate governance.

In addition, we offer an agile working policy with the ability to work from home up to 2 days per week.
