About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Operations Manager to join our team at FMG Repair Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bodyshop, delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the bodyshop, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and on time.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a bodyshop or repair services environment, with a strong background in operations management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
