About the Opportunity
Join a dynamic and innovative organization as the Nursing Operations Manager at Lepton Heights. This role is pivotal in the establishment and management of our new care facility, which will cater to adults with complex health needs, including acquired brain injuries, mental health challenges, dementia, and physical disabilities.
As a Nursing Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the operational framework of our specialist care service, ensuring high-quality care delivery from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Leadership: Directing a team of nursing and care professionals to meet the comprehensive medical, physical, and emotional needs of our residents.
- Quality Assurance: Upholding and enhancing care standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Clinical Oversight: Managing all clinical operations and associated risks effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to clinical governance frameworks, regulatory standards, and quality care requirements.
- Team Supervision: Guiding your nursing team in the timely completion and review of care plans and risk assessments.
Candidate Profile

- A valid first-level nursing registration with an active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
- A minimum of three years of post-registration experience, with a background in management or supervisory roles.
