Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers in creating game designs, prototypes, and implementations.
  • Collaborate with programmers, artists, and other personnel to ensure high-quality game development.
  • Estimate tasks and ensure timely delivery of design work.
  • Mentor and conduct regular one-to-ones with project designers.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Lead Designer on AAA 3D Action console games.
  • Experience with Level, Player Character, Enemy design, and all aspects of 3D Action game design.
  • Experience of designing First and/or Third Person shooters.
  • Worked on and shipped at least two games.
  • Able to take ownership and drive forward all design aspects.
  • Highly proficient in using Unreal 5.
  • Have a solid understanding of all disciplines.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and maintain a strong relationship with them.
