About the Role

  • Lead a team of designers to create engaging and immersive game experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets technical and artistic requirements.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise design documentation.
  • Conduct design reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Designer on AAA 3D Action console games.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using Unreal Engine 5.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design team to deliver high-quality design work.
  • Estimate tasks and ensure team meets deadlines.
  • Create and maintain design feature documentation.
  • Perform design reviews to ensure quality.
