Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert in the application of group financial control policy within Dyson Farming.
  • Ensure finance policies and processes are appropriate to enhance risk management capabilities across Dyson Farming.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the finance team and other risk owners in the business, supporting development of appropriate and practical solutions to risk management.
  • Actively monitor and track controls, adapting the Group's KPI compliance monitoring framework, tailored for Dyson Farming as required.
  • Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and other relevant functions to ensure effective coordination of risk management activities and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:
  • Fully qualified in either CIMA or ACCA.
  • Proven experience of financial governance and controls.
  • Proficiency with risk management tools and systems preferably CGR Foundation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals with financial and non-financial backgrounds.
