Within the West Kent Area, we currently have vacancies in our Community Teams. We operate in a hybrid model of office-based working and remote work to meet service needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our community teams across Kent as we enhance our locality working practice and put individuals at the centre of support.

We work with adults requiring care and support, focusing on person-centred interventions. You will undertake assessments and enquiries of varying complexity.

The role requires you to build relationships with individuals, engaging with communities to empower people to find local support.

About You

We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified social workers who can demonstrate capability in accordance with current professional standards.

You will hold a registration with Social Work England and be willing to complete any required training.

Salary: £35,712 - £40,157 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

This role involves driving; however, reasonable adjustments will be made for applicants with disabilities.
