The Internal Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and standards of the IOSH AO award. This involves monitoring the assessment practice and procedures, reviewing learners at different stages of the programme delivery and assessment process, and evaluating the quality of formative guidance on assessment.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and planning skills, excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, and robust IT skills. They will also have experience of marking qualification assessments, with IOSH or another AO, and knowledge of the principles and practices of IQA.
